27" x 6" throat, large beaded panels 10.5" x 6.5" have white ground with unique geometric design decorated with navy blue, greasy yellow, white-heart-red, and green sinew sewn beads. Ribs are quill decorated with red, green, yellow, and white pair of rectangular geometric design, long 10" twisted fringe. CONDITION: superior condition, nearly complete quilling with small losses & slight warpage to few ribs on one side, all beading intact, leather is supple with light staining & soiling. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Lenard Cave. (02-27285/JS). NON-GUN. $1,000-1,500.
